The successful candidate should have 6+ years? experience within HR and a minimum of 3 years in-house recruitment experience working on high-volume. You should have a proven track record of excellent leadership skills, with effective communication and relationship-building skills. You should demonstrate strong commitment to personal learning and development acting as a brand ambassador.As a Senior member within the recruitment team, you must have the ability to communicate professionally with high-level executives whilst promoting excellent organisational and time management skills.Your standard of written and spoken English should be immaculate and although it is not essential it is advantageous that you speak Arabic.
