Manage and monitor the Medical Laboratory activities outsourced to external third party to ensure its performing and acting according to the terms and specifications that were agreed on in the contract.
Ensure maintaining satisfactory and safe performance of all Medical Laboratory area and ensure that quality assurance is regularly performed in all clinical areas and documented for audit purposes.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medical Laboratory practice and technology to ensure that services provided are of the highest standard.
Carry out the reallocation of laboratory staff across DHAMAN?s Hospital as well as plan, organize and monitor staff schedules, work shifts, days-off, absence and leave to ensure continuity of operations in coordination with Hospital Medical Management.
