Development and management of Customers? engagement and communications platform
Manage integrations of Core Platform with department modules e.g., Treasury, Compliance, Operations, etc. and keep it updated
Conceptualize and implement latest technologies such as AI, ML, IOT, etc. in workplace and bring innovation IT ideas into action
Ensuring continuous technology support to all departments for smooth business operations.
Keep the organization always resource ready including identification of key skills and talent gaps in the organization and work to recruit, train, and retain talent.
Lead end to end delivery of projects, Ad-Hoc development and initiatives at the company
Manage a team of Business Analysts, Technical Architects, Developers, QA and IT-Operations located across India, Kuwait, Egypt, etc.
Introduce latest Technologies and Solutions including but not limited to Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, etc.
Capacity planning/upgrade related to IT infrastructure and DR in line with Information Security Controls.
Oversee Assets Management and helpdesk support.
Work closely with the business teams and other stakeholders to prioritize, define and execute projects.
Identify and work with Vendors for Special services including but not limited to Security monitoring and solutions, AML Solutions, Network Management, OTP management, and others.
Mentor the team and build appropriate environments to foster higher success standards, talents, innovation, and delivery of effective development strategies.
