Job Description

Position Title: Guest Relation OfficerEmployment Type: Full TimeSalary: up to 600 KWD depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation for 3 months, joining ticket and tipsJob Location: Al Shraq, KuwaitAbout the Client:A group of stand-alone restaurants serving international cuisine, based in Kuwait

  • Assisting customers whenever necessary, address guests? requests and complaints, and provide overall upscale guest service experiences for customers
  • Collaborating with different teams to ensure smooth execution of events
  • Analysing customer feedback from restaurant guestbook and online reviews and suggest ways to
improve ratings
  • Recording the loyal customer data
  • Other tasks as assigned by management
