Job Description

Position Summary:Under the general direction of the CEO, the Director of Finance will be responsible for supporting mission and vision by directing the organization?s financial planning and accounting practices to ensure the financial security of the organization.?The Director of Finance will continue to build and manage effective and streamlined administrative and financial systems including accounting, revenue cycle management, outreach, enrollment and cash managementDirector of Finance is also responsible for financial relations with financiers, banking facilities management and overall Financial structure of the companyThe Director of Finance must demonstrate regard for the rights of all employees and provides respectful and considerate care focused on the business needs. Director of Finance will provide a safe and confidential financial environment for employees and will reasonable for all countries finance Dept.Responsibility

1. Develops, maintains, monitors, and enforces accounting policies, procedures and internal controls in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
2. Establishes and maintains the organization?s system of accounts assures integrity of books and records for all transactions and provides for security of transaction records.?
3. Develops policies and procedures on purchasing activities and prepares vendor and management reports analyzing purchasing practices.
4. Creates and ensures adherence of sliding fee scale, discount policies, billing and collections policies.
5. Ensures timely and accurate reporting of financial and management reporting for federal and state funders, foundations and , leadership team, Providers, Managers and line staff.
6. Coordinates and directs preparation of the annual capital and operational budgets, provides financial forecasts and variance analysis and presents budgets to the executive leadership team.
7. Provides budget and contract analysis and monitors contract compliance required by funding sources.
8. Oversees cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds as needed; banking relationships and cash, investment and asset management.
9. Prepares and participates in audits including but not limited to, Single Audit, Annual Financial Audit and Site Visits.
10. This position works closely with the Finance Manager in formulating, administering, implementing and monitoring compliance policies and procedures in adherence with the Compliance Policy. ??

• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
• BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus
• Candidate Must have minimum degree in Finance with reputed institutions or University. (Mandatory)
• Professional Accounting Qualifications for any of CA / CMA/ CFA/ CPA/ACCA and CIMA.?(Mandatory)

• Must have at least ten (10) years? experience in the field of Finance and investment Management.
• Must have business planning skills including Financial modeling and budgeting.
• Must demonstrate skills in communication, negotiation and presentation.
• ?Excels in effective coaching and counseling of employees, as well as definitive mentoring skills aligned with adaptive leadership principles
