Job Description

Our company is looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team in Kuwait. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics and designs for various marketing and branding materials. You will work closely with the marketing team to understand their requirements and deliver high-quality designs that align with our brand guidelines. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing their creative design skills and a good understanding of design principles and trends.Responsibilities:

  1. Create and design graphics for various marketing and branding materials, including social media posts, brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
  2. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand their requirements and translate them into visually appealing designs.
  3. Ensure that all designs are in line with our brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all materials.
  4. Stay up-to-date with design trends and techniques to continuously improve your skills and deliver innovative designs.
  5. Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  6. Work with printers and other vendors to ensure the quality and accuracy of the final product.
  7. Proactively suggest creative ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns and materials.
  8. Collaborate with other team members to brainstorm and develop creative solutions for design challenges.
  9. Conduct research and gather inspiration to create unique and impactful designs.
  10. Ensure all designs are optimized for online and offline platforms.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Bachelors degree
  2. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  3. Strong portfolio showcasing your creative design skills.
  4. Good understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality designs on time.
  8. Knowledge of printing processes and specifications.
  9. Experience in creating designs for digital platforms is a plus.
