Job Description

Property Management firm seeking a creative Graphic Designer with experience in offline and online media. We are looking for someone who can take direction from written or spoken ideas and communicate them seamlessly through images, videos, and other media. Candidate should have a tech savvy personality, extensive knowledge of Adobe suite, and an understanding of basic layout concepts. The ideal Graphic Designer will have a keen eye for detail, creativity, proper use of grammar, and common sense.Being a team player who brings a positive attitude to the workplace and a willingness to take on responsibilities outside your scope of expertise is very much encouraged and appreciated.Prime consideration will be given to applicants who have experience or interest in photography, film making and web development, and can submit a portfolio when applying.Responsibilities:

  • Work simultaneously on multiple projects.
  • Plan and develop concepts by studying information and material provided.
  • Illustrate ideas clearly and creatively.
  • Follow existing design guidelines and maintain a consistent image.
  • Provide a rough layout to obtain approvals of concepts.
  • Content creation for social media. Includes photography, graphics, and copywriting.
  • Create Marketing material for print and digital media.
  • Create and review copywriting for marketing purposes.
  • Post, schedule and organize social media content.
  • Coordinate, gather quotations, and follow up with agencies, vendors and suppliers.
  • Maintaining and improving on technical skills via tutorials, attending workshops and brainstorming with peers.
