Grab & Go Operations Manager

Job Description

Responsible for overall operational, financial and management of staff assigned at the Grab & Go outlets.Responsible to ensure all Light Fields Grab & Go outlets achieve sales targets through timely interventions in terms of competitive plans, enhanced product offerings considering customer preferences.Responsible to lead and manage a team of Baristas, responsible for all aspects of day-to-day running of outlets including Sales, Customer Service, quality control, operations, Staff Development, training, provide effective line-management and human resources.Key Accountabilities:

• ?????Develop and implement in-store sales and customer service strategy to ensure increase in spend per head year on year, without compromising on guest satisfaction and quality
• ?????Establish Grab & Go outlets? business plans by surveying demand; identifying and evaluating competitors; preparing financial, marketing, and sales projections, analyses, and estimates.
• ?????Meet Grab & Go financial objectives by preparing strategic and annual forecasts and budgets, analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions; establishing and monitoring financial controls.
• ?????Controls purchases and inventory in coordination with Finance Team; negotiating prices and contracts; developing preferred supplier lists; reviewing and evaluating usage reports and taking corrective actions.
• ?????Maintain operations by following policies and standard operating procedures, implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
• ?????Maintain Customers satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating, and auditing food, beverage, and service offerings and initiating improvements.
• ?????Ensure that the productivity and quality at Garb & Go outlets remains at high standards and that costs are maintained within limits by planning the resources in the optimum manner.
• ?????Stay ahead of the operations through Grab & Go site visits and evaluate Service practices against company standards.
• ?????Improve performance by motivation and monitoring staff continuously and investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality and services.
• ?????Supervise quality control and quantities for preparation to minimize wastage, perform frequent checks to ensure consistent high of preparation and services,
• ?????Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulation, staff training and development as required and keep records for health inspectors.
• ?????Provide reports to Management on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis on, the performance progress, budget variances and expenses.
• ?????Collaborate with Brand Management team to plan Marketing activities in order to drive sales for high profitability and improving customer base.
• ?????Coordinate with central kitchen for preparation according to production sheets.
• ?????Work closely with Purchasing department to ensure correct stock levels are available for products and basic cutlery, packing materials at Grab& Go outlets for smooth functioning with best customer experience.
• ?????Liaise with Logistics to ensure delivery of order to Grab & Go outlets as per replenished schedules and consumptions requirements.
• ?????Support the Food & Beverage development team in planning and implementation of new ideas and menu specifications based on customer feedback, to ensure they fit with guidelines and are of highest quality.
• ?????Consistently review customer feedback on in-store services and product offerings to ensure KPIs are met and undertake initiative to rectify any shortcomings.
• ?????Lead coaching and training Grab & Go outlet staff with appropriately skills and product knowledge to offer customer experience of highest rating
• ?????Monitor food consumption of each Grab & Go outlet to ensure optimal orders are placed and waste is minimized.
• Oversee compliance of Grab & Go outlets to brand standards by conducting and managing monthly audits.
