Excellent communication and leadership skills are vital for success in this role.Overall 10 years of industry experience out of which a minimum of 5 years of related business experience in GCC.MBA from an accredited reputed university.Work responsibilities involve Kuwait and the GCC region.Worked in international organizations (modern leadership style)Been involved in organizations under change.Team player and strong leader.Demonstrated ability to achieve goals within set timeframes and within budgetAdvanced written and oral communication skills including attention to detailDemonstrated ability to take initiative and to be innovativeComputer software competencies including Microsoft Office SuiteMust have strong command in English both verbal and written. Arabic would be an advantage, but not a must
