? Operating 180 tons/ hr. walking beam furnace CBRM production of Rebar?s & wirerodwith Danieli Centro combustion furnace.? Monitoring HMIsystem Level 1 & Level 2, alarms, pyrometers, thermocouple set point,Furnace pressure, ratio Controller, and Combustion air pressure, Recuperatorcontinuously for better condition of the furnace.? Maintain proper furnace temperature of each zone, Pre heating, heating and soakingzone, and billet dropout temperature.? Inspect the leakage of HFO, Direct and Indirect Cooling water, furnace wall, burner,Zones, fixed & movable beams, Charging and discharging rollers, Water trough, andrefractory condition.? Maintain alignment of billet inside walking beam furnace with tracking system.? Charge billet in to the furnace and discharge after heating from the discharging endwith standard Rolling temperature 11000c, billet dimension 150X150X12mtr,150x150x14mtr, 130x130x12mtr, 130130x12mtr, and 130x130x6mtr.? To star and stop the furnace as per given instruction, increase and decrease thetemperature of billet as required by mill operator or Mill foremen.,? Maintain furnace heating curves & cooling curves during startup and shutdown of thefurnace.? Take quick action during emergency power failure to avoid damage of furnace andbillet in side furnace, start emergency water for cooling of the furnace.? Inspect furnace at regular interval in a shift.? Conduct weekly maintenance at furnace clean burners, scale, filters, flow meteradjustment, photocells, camera etc.? Daily check stock of billet, HFO main tank level.? Assist during major shutdown of furnace with refectory team.? Communicate respective problem with mechanical, electrical, Instrument andrefractory people.? Make log book, billet discharged Sheet, inspection sheet, shift report etc.
