Overseeing daily order fulfillment activities, including order processing, picking, packing, and shipping preparation.
Tracking inventorylevels to prevent stock-outs .
Developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory control, logistics management, and order fulfillment to meet operational goals.
Maintaining positive and mutually beneficial relationships with merchants, suppliers, and delivery companies.
Reporting weekly on multiple fulfillment and performanceKPIs.
Providing data-backed and actionable updates to management to improve order fulfillment SLAs and merchant performance.
Ability to adapt work priorities to changing needs; develop and execute strategies.
