Job Description

Seeking a friendly and professional Front Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, greet visitors, handle calls, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience.Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors and clients in a courteous mannerManage incoming calls and direct them to appropriate personnelHandle mail, packages, and administrative tasksMaintain the reception area in a neat and organized mannerSchedule appointments and maintain calendarsSupport administrative and clerical tasks as neededRequirements:-Minimum 2 years experience in front office or customer service-Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus-Excellent communication & interpersonal skills-Transferable residency visa (for local candidates only)
