  • Schedule the movement of shipments with carriers (via truck, ocean and air freight)
  • Negotiate with worldwide agents and follow ups.
  • Support the sales team in sending quotations.
  • Communicate with clients, provide updates and ensure customers satisfaction.
  • Developing and maintaining an excellent working relationship with vendors.
  • Work closely with internal departments and ensure common objectives are met.
