- Franchise Team Leader (2100001Z)Franchise Team Leader - ( 2100001Z )DescriptionRole:to handle and delegate with Franchisees to promote the full range of stc?s products and services for the assigned accounts in order to enhance stc?s products and services awareness and ensure image consistency across the franchiseResponsibilities: * Responsible for following-up with all the prospect franchisees endorsed by the Marketing * Department.* Handle and assist inquiries of potential franchisee with regards to the Mini-stop process.* Responsible in closing deals with potential franchisee to ensure monthly target.* Offers new available site to potential existing or new franchisee.* Discuss all forms and other documents needed by the franchisee.* Endorse accomplished documents of franchisees to administer for training preparation.* Liaise with Marketing Communications as well as other units and communication agencies * for successful implementation of corporate franchise image. * Build strong working relationships with all internal departments, external stakeholders and * entities and ensure collaboration on complex or sensitive matters. * Generate regular and special reports for the Marketing and Communications Heads that * summarize and forecast business activities and financial position of the Branding unit and * escalate critical issues to provide effective recommendations in meeting the key challenges. * Liaise with stc sectors and departments to effectively respond to business customer * requests and internal queries in order to ensure smooth processing of all brand * management transactions and to provide value added contribution to the overall efficiency * and effectiveness of the company.* Supervise the activities conducted by the Franchise Specialist in order to ensure the image * consistency across the franchise.* Follow and monitors the agreed guidelines, policies, processes & procedures to ensure the * work done by the Franchise Specialist is in line with the expected standards. * Perform other duties as directed by the Senior Management.Qualifications* Bachelor?s Degree is required* A Minimum of 4 Years of relevant experiencePrimary Location: Kuwait-stc Head OfficeJob: Team LeaderOrganization: 80 CEO OfficeSchedule: RegularShift: StandardJob Type: Full-time Day JobJob Posting: May 19, 2022, 8:46:24 AM
