Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:Oversee production operation and guarantee that manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees and organizing workflows.SCOPE:By overseeing & monitoring employees & workflows, the factory can be running in interminable and efficient way.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to unit supervisors
  • Oversee and coach employees To provide constant feedback and input into process improvement within the department
  • Utilizes and abides by ISO requirements and safety procedures
  • Must be self-sufficient.
  • Ensure the safe use of equipment.
  • Inform Maintenance if any breakdown occurs
  • Ensure scheduled maintenance are conducted.
  • Check production output
  • Submit reports on performance and progress to Production Manager
  • Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
  • Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
  • Attends scheduled meetings and actively participates by providing meaningful input
  • To be flexible with time to assure availability for company as circumstances warrant
  • Undertake other duties as assigned
COMMUNICATIONS AND RELATIONSHIPS:
  • Internal:Production Manager, Production Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Colleagues and staff down the line
  • External:Customers; when assigned by Production Manager
