Responsibilities :

Oversee the coordination, scheduling and dispatching of deliveries.
Ensure vehicles are maintained and in good operating condition.
Develop efficient driver schedules.
Maintain and update the vehicle renewals and branding permit renewals and coordinate with PRO for timely renewals.
Complete the daily report - reporting issues and incidents.
Monitor fuel consumption of the vehicles.
Provide all required information/data/documents to the HR & Operations Team.
Supervise parts procurement for repairs and warranty recovery, as well as confirming repair schedules with vendors.
Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Monitor driver behaviour and ensure a high level of customer service.
