Coordinate and schedule regular maintenance and repairs for the fleet.
Ensure all fleet vehicles comply with safety regulations and legal requirements.
Monitor and manage fleet-related costs, including fuel, maintenance, and repairs.
Supervise all activities related to distribution and Installation and ensure the implementation of the same in line with the set policies, procedures and applicable standards.
Track vehicle performance and report on key metrics to management.
Collaborate with vendors and service providers for vehicle maintenance and procurement.
Ensure that all Installation activities are implemented in line with the Client requirements, specified timeframe and standards, policies and procedures .
Assist with the acquisition and disposal of fleet vehicles.
Monitor the implementation and troubleshooting of existing equipment to ensure proper and efficient operation of the same.
Supervise the order cycle for all products to ensure that all orders are picked, loaded and delivered correctly as per the Sales Order and timeline.
Perform ad-hoc and other duties related to the job as assigned by Direct Manager.
