Job Requirements:?High School diploma or ITI?Driving license?Sales and customer service experience?Scheduling and routing experience?Experience working with hand tools?Computer knowledge?Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours?Ability to work on a ladder.?Presentable personality to communicate with clients to explain the condition / problems / solution for their equipment.?Work Experience ? Must have 3-5 years? Experience in maintaining all types of portable Fire extinguishers like, Dry powder / CO2 & Water in different sizes.?Knowledge of other fire suppression system will be added advantage.Job responsibilities :?Complete scheduled work as assigned in the shop or at customer facilities?Operate, test and recharge fire-fighting equipment.?Maintain test and recharge equipment in good working condition.?Prepare Service reports, review invoices and recommendations with customers.?Identify and resolve customer complaints.?Provide fire extinguisher training for customers.?Attend customer planning meetings whenever required.?Maintain a track record of all daily activities and provide daily / weekly reports to?the superiors.
