Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Fire Alarm Technician with a control systems background to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in fire alarm system installation and maintenance, a Diploma in Electrical Engineering, and a good understanding of fire detection systems and control panels.Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, program, test, and maintain fire alarm systems and control panels.
  • Troubleshoot and repair issues related to fire alarm devices, wiring, and circuits.
  • Conduct regular inspections and testing to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Work with addressable and conventional fire alarm systems.
  • Ensure systems comply with NFPA codes, local fire safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with engineers, electricians, and technicians to optimize system functionality.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in fire alarm system installation and maintenance.
  • Strong background in control systems and fire alarm panels.
  • Familiarity with NFPA codes and local fire safety standards.
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.
  • Good command of English and Arabic (preferred).
  • Transferrable residency in Kuwait.
