GENERIC ACCOUNTABILITIES

SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES

Manage a team of Financial Analyst and Cost Accountants on the daily operational activities.
Responsible for the preparation of periodical financial statements, board presentation summaries, management reports, and other cost-benefit analysis.
Analyzing financial and operational results to better understand the company?s performance.
Coordinate the rollout of financial planning and annual budgeting in coordination and cooperation with medical and non-medical departments.
Work closely with Business Unit heads to build their annual budgets and forecasts.
Evaluate the current accounting practices and entries to drive continuous improvement in reporting.
Review, investigate, and correct errors and inconsistencies in financial entries.
Monitor financial details to ensure that legal obligations are met.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
Provide financial trends, KPIs, and other analysis to support management?s decisions.
Work with various stakeholders in formulation of pricing strategies.
Partner with IT to identify process improvement opportunities that would impact financial results.
Utilize BI tools to deliver meaningful insights into business performance
Liaise with doctors and clinical staff in establishing new services, including external and visiting doctor packages
