Financial ControllerJob Location : KuwaitKey Responsibilities :•Lead monthly & quarterly group financial closing (IFRS + local GAAP)•Prepare consolidated financial statements & management reports•Oversee budgeting, forecasting & variance analysis across subsidiaries•Implement financial controls, audit readiness & compliance frameworks•Manage intercompany transactions, transfer pricing & reconciliations•Act as Finance Process Owner for ERP and automation initiatives•Support treasury, cash flow forecasting & working capital optimization•Lead and mentor regional finance teamsRequirements :•10+ years in finance, incl. 3+ years in a Controller / Senior Finance role•Experience in multinational operations & group consolidations•CPA / CMA / ACCA preferred•Strong command of IFRS, governance & ERP systems•Strategic mindset with hands-on leadership
