Job Description

This position as financial compliance officer is responsible for reporting consolidated financial statements, verifying that compliance policies are being applied to company data, conducting audits, and researching potential compliance concerns.Implement the Accounting Department?s set policies and procedures and comply with the company?s other policies.

  • Report monthly consolidated financial statement.
  • Support in finalization of entities monthly financials.
  • Assisting in preparing of yearly reporting packages
  • Collating information to ensure smooth closing of statutory audits.
  • Conducting Audit for trial balance accounts being asset or liabilities and supervise the reconciliation of banks, vendor, and account receivables.
  • Handling the group insurance file, including preparing & sharing the needful information
  • Monthly intercompany reconciliation
  • Creating GL accounts, Suppliers, Customers, Inventory items, allocation centers.
