Responsibilities- Liaising and coordination with product and service providers (insurance, finance, value added services) as well as internally with sales and after sales teams for maximizing up selling opportunities with customers.- Responsible for following up for improvement of conversions and apply robust processes for Finance & Protection products and services across Sales, Service and After Sales departments.- Develop and maintain relations with protection products vendors and lending finance institutions and banks.
