Finance ManagerJob Purpose:Manage day-to-day financial operation of a hospital, financial reporting and analysis, budgeting and forecasting. Directing investment activities, planning and operational cash management, and develop and implementing improvement of financial operational processes. Reports to the CFO.Main Responsibilities:* Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and secure process and system support to deliver according to targets * Provide financial reports and interpret financial information while recommending further courses of action.* Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take* Maintain the financial health of the organization.* Analyze volume, revenue, costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company?s actual performance compared to the business plans.* Complete monthly and year-end procedures including year-end postings and year-end reports.* Coordinate annual audit with external auditors and regulatory government entities.* Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.* Manage the preparation of the company?s budget.* Liase with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.* Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.SkillsQualifications, Experience & Skills:* Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance * A minimum of 10 years? of experience in the finance and accounting field, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar position/responsibility, preferably in Healthcare SectorOther competencies (skills, abilities, behavior)* Good English spoken & written, Arabic language advantageous/desirable, but not essential* Competent communication skills and good interpersonal skills* Multi-task oriented skills.* Computer literate.* Experience with statistical analysis and financial forecasting* Attention to detail and the ability to identify data patterns* Good verbal and written communication skills Job Location Al Kuwait, Kuwait Job Role Accounting/Banking/Finance Residence Location Kuwait
