Job Description

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Manager to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in your assigned territory and managing a team of sales representatives. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires excellent communication and leadership skills.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share
  2. Manage a team of sales representatives, including hiring, training, and coaching
  3. Set sales goals and targets for individual team members and monitor their performance
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and prospects
  5. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to maximize sales
  6. Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide feedback to the management team
  7. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential customers
  8. Manage the sales process from lead generation to closure
  9. Provide regular reports on sales activities, market conditions, and competitor activities
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales outcomes
