Job Description

As a Facility Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of the companys facilities in Kuwait. You will work closely with the facilities management team to ensure that all buildings and equipment are in good working order and comply with safety regulations.Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
  2. Coordinate with contractors and vendors to schedule and oversee repairs and maintenance work.
  3. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment breakdowns and ensure efficient operation.
  4. Manage the budget for facility maintenance and repair expenses.
  5. Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards for building safety and environmental sustainability.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Strong technical knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
  2. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Qualification and years of experience:
  • Bachelor degree in Civil / Architectural Engineering.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities.
