To ensure safe, effective and comfortable environment for building occupants, asset management, compliance with relevant building codes and facilitating the core business of the organization.
Responsibilities:
Supervises and ensures the day-to-day operation, security, housekeeping, cleaning, waste management, maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds, and associated equipment.
Oversees staff and contractors that installs, inspects, repairs, and maintains building systems Develops, trains and implements SOP, Emergency procedures related to facility operation.
Prepare facility budget and ensure the activities are within budget and cost effective.
Implementation and usage of Computer Aided Facility Management System Development and implementation of facility emergency plans.
Monitor the adherence to preventive maintenance schedules and checklists Ensures requests (corrective maintenance, variation jobs) related to soft and hard services are executed as per service level agreements.
Coordinates and supervises remodeling/fit out team to ensure smooth facility operation.
Manages variation projects as per project plan.
Follow up of testing & commissioning of new projects and takeover of projects.
Monitor and review the performance of direct reports to identify improvements and developmental needs.
Maintains a safe and effective working environment Inspects facilities for Health & Safety risks and takes mitigative action.
Collects data and provides regular reports to management - incident, performance, compliance, troubleshooting reports Trains team on policies and procedures.
