Job Description

  • Manage all facilities contracts from initiation, billing until ending.
  • Coordinate with concerned government departments to get required licenses/permits for the facilities.
  • Manage facilities teams and make sure everyone is aligned to departmental objectives.
  • Perform facility inspections and report on condition affecting operations.
  • Prepare and submit summary reports of conditions in buildings and recommend actions to be taken.
  • Maintain compliance to City, County, State ordinances and codes.
