Marketing Executive - Hospitality - Kuwait Apply now Job Number:MRF11181 Work type:Permanent - Full Time Location:Kuwait Categories:Marketing & Digital, Food, Mid-Senior LevelTHE ROLEResponsible for supporting the timely and effective delivery of all marketing programs and initiatives within host brand and Alshaya guidelines, collaborating closely with colleagues within the marketing and communications functions. This is an exciting role with responsibility for artwork development, advertising, promotions and activations. You will also analyze market research, assist with CRM programs and provide insight to the team.JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies
  • Managing budgets and tracking spend
  • Managing the production of marketing materials and collaterals
  • Liaising with third party suppliers (i.e. production houses) to produce detailed, quality collateral in compliance with brand and Alshaya guidelines
  • Writing and proofreading all ATL/BTL copy
  • Working closely with agencies and suppliers to deliver annual marketing plan
  • Managing invoices, trackers and purchase orders and liaising the same with stakeholders to ensure accuracy of marketing spend and reports
  • Liaising with operations and head office teams to secure marketing support at all times
  • Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press - local, regional, national and specialist platforms depending on the campaign
  • Organizing and managing photo shoots
  • Evaluating marketing campaigns- developing ROI reports
  • Conducting market research
  • Monitoring competitor & market activity
  • Supporting the marketing manager and colleagues in department initiatives and events execution
