Job SummaryOur Client a 5* Hotel based in Kuwait city is looking for Executive ChefJob Discription:

  • Managing kitchen staff and coordinating orders with different departments.
  • Supervising food preparation and cooking on time.
  • To be of the required food quality and temperature.
  • Preparing the shift schedule and following up on vacations.
  • Collaborate with the restaurant manager and determine the price list. Order food supplies and kitchen equipment as needed.
  • Training of personnel of tools and tools.
Requirements:
  • Experience in the hotel industry
