Estimation Manager / Tendering ManagerJob Location : KuwaitResponsibilities :•Lead tendering/estimating for building projects (pre-contract).•Analyze RFQs/IFCs, scope gaps, risks, and contractual terms.•Develop priced BOQs, take-offs, vendor/subcontractor inquiries, and comparisons.•Build cost models, prelims, and margin scenarios; advise bid strategy.•Chair internal bid reviews and lead a team of estimators.•Maintain pricing databases and market intelligence for materials/labor.Requirements :•15+ years in estimation, tendering, and cost analysis (buildings).•GCC experience is a must.•Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering.•Deep knowledge of construction materials, pricing, and evaluation methods.•Team-leadership track record; excellent written/oral communication.•Fluent Arabic & English (spoken and written).
