Responsibilities: Prepare and review cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for civil, mechanical, electrical, and E&I projectsAnalyze project drawings, specifications, and scope of work to develop accurate estimatesCoordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to gather necessary dataIdentify and evaluate potential risks and develop contingency plansAssist in bid preparation, including quantity take-offs and pricingReview subcontractor and vendor quotations for accuracy and competitivenessMonitor and update estimates throughout the project lifecycleRequirements: 8+ years of relevant experience in estimation for civil, mechanical, electrical, or E&I projectsProven experience in large-scale oil & gas or petrochemical projects preferredStrong knowledge of estimation software and toolsExcellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skillsBachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field
