Determine software solutions by performing technical and business feasibility analysis.
Evaluate system security and data base administration policies and procedures and suggest areas of improvements as well as assist Manager in formulating new policies and procedures.
Validate system analysis done by the Software team after ascertaining the user requirements and mapping system with business processes.
Assign, schedule, train, review and monitor project work to ensure that progress is within expected guidelines and is completed on time within budget. Mentor and provide expertise to other team members.
Ensure maximum utilization of ERP and Software Applications in company to achieve whilst minimizing Business unit resource overheads.
Adhere to universal standards while leading process of system analysis and software implementation.
