Job Description

We are looking for an experienced ENT Specialist to join our medical team. As an ENT Specialist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating disorders of the ear, nose, throat, and related structures of the head and neck. You will work closely with patients to assess their medical history, conduct examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and provide appropriate treatment plans.Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough patient consultations to assess medical history, symptoms, and complaints.
  2. Perform physical examinations of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck.
  3. Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as hearing tests, blood tests, and imaging studies.
  4. Diagnose and treat disorders and diseases of the ear, nose, throat, and related structures.
  5. Prescribe medications, therapies, and treatment plans to address patient conditions.
  6. Perform surgical procedures to correct or alleviate disorders, injuries, or deformities.
  7. Provide post-operative care and follow-up consultations to monitor patient progress.
  8. Educate patients and their families on ENT conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for each patient.
  10. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Medical degree and completed residency program in Otolaryngology.
  2. Valid license to practice as an ENT Specialist.
  3. Strong knowledge of current medical practices and treatment modalities in ENT.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and their families.
  5. Ability to work well under pressure and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  7. Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and maintaining patient confidentiality.
  8. Proficiency in using medical software and electronic health records systems.
  9. Adherence to ethical and professional standards in accordance with local regulations.
