Prepares & executes preventive maintenance schedule and corrective maintenance schedule which includes manpower, materials, tools, spare parts timing and time required.
Plans & executes maintenance jobs relating to and arising from regular and routine daily inspection.
Ensure safety during work execution.
Checks and maintains inventory database regularly and initiate PRS thru system.
Creates and maintains database of repair from information arising from inspection, repairs and daily downtime report.
Prepares and updates master data for all equipment thru the computerized maintenance system.
Prepares department maintenance report weekly, monthly and annual performance report.
Attends and participates in department meetings and as required by the management.
Works accordance with company rules and regulations.
Perform other tasks and duties that assigned by his superior.
