To develop, consolidate and facilitate a strong programme of leadership and management for the EPG EY Programme and to ensure the consistent delivery of quality teaching and learning across EY Branches through the following areas:EPG CurriculumQuality Teaching and LearningInduction and data driven CPD of international standard leading to recognized certificatesPartnership with parentsLeadershipEPG professional expectationsTo be responsible for the management of the academic aspect of all Early Years Branches: curriculum, students, events, communication, staff and parents.
