You will promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children under your care, and work cohesively with the Centres staff to create an environment of learning whilst effectively communicating with parents on the progress of their child.In addition to your own development, you will work alongside the leadership executive team, to ensure the professional growth and talent development of the teaching team. Your aim is to create a striving school culture and an environment for children and families to build on their curiosities, research, and develop a lifelong passion for learning.Essential requirementsCandidates must meet international Montessori licensing standards for a Director/Principal role.Qualified Teacher Status: A degree-level qualification in teaching (e.g. PGCE or Bachelors in Education), or equivalent educational leadership qualification.Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Principal or Vice Principal in an international or bilingual pre-school and/or Early Years setting.
