? To develop, consolidate and facilitate a strongprogrammer of leadership and management forthe EPG?s EY Program and to ensure theconsistent delivery of quality teaching andlearning across EY Branches through thefollowing areas:o EPG?s Curriculumo Quality Teaching and Learningo Induction and data driven CPD of internationalstandard leading to recognized certificateso Experience and outcomes for all childreno Partnership with parentso Leadershipo EPG professional expectations? To be responsible for the management of theacademic aspect of all Early Years Branches:curriculum, students, events, communication,staff and parents.? Supporting the Branch Manager, AcademicService Team and Management with facilitiesmanagement and all issues arising from parentconcerns.? To develop the EPG brand within Kuwait andsupport expansion in other areas.EPG?s Curriculum? Develop, supervise and monitor the introductionof the EPG?s EY curriculum based on the EYFSstatutory framework.? Ensure this has replicable curriculum content thatadds value to EPG franchise package and can besuccessfully delivered by a mixed ability teachingworkforce, offers breadth and balance in allsubjects, is adapted for our children as EALlearners and supports a high level of learningand delivery of student progress targets.? Continue to update the EPG?s curriculum based oncurrent UK documents, practice andexpectations, following guidelines asappropriate for the Kuwait (overseas) context.
