Job Description

We are hiring E-Commerce Growth ManagerRole DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an E-Commerce Growth Manager located in Kuwait. The E-Commerce Growth Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with driving growth in our online sales. This includes drive revenue, expand market presence, and maximize profitability for online business. Implement effective strategies to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and engagement, ultimately driving exponential growth.Essential Job Roles:

  • Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
  • Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign?s overall performance.
  • Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
  • Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic and target audience.
  • Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
  • Onsite personalization
Skills, Knowledge & Experience Required
  • Bachelor?s degree in marketing or relevant field.
  • A minimum of 5 years? experience in a digital marketing. Electronics experience would be an added advantage.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Up to date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in English (must) and Arabic (large plus).
  • Job Location is Kuwait, candidate must have valid Kuwait transferrable residence.
  • Ready to join immediately or with short notice period
  • Applicant Should have electronics background
