Dynamics 365 F&O Functional & Technical ConsultantJob Location : KuwaitResponsibilities:•Analyze, gather, and document business and functional requirements across various D365 F&O modules, aligning them with system capabilities and best practices.•Design, configure, develop, test, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions to meet business objectives.•Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into end-to-end functional and technical solutions.•Integrate D365 F&O with third-party systems (e.g., WMS, CRM, logistics platforms) using standard or custom integration tools and connectors.•Develop and maintain APIs and integrations to ensure secure and efficient data exchange between systems.•Ensure the system architecture, configurations, and customizations follow Microsoft best practices and cloud standards, including Azure.•Deliver user training, testing support, and post-go-live functional and technical troubleshooting across all modules.•Perform root cause analysis, issue resolution, and change management related to both functional processes and technical components.•Optimize application performance, streamline workflows, and ensure overall system stability and compliance.•Maintain detailed documentation for configurations, customizations, integrations, test cases, and user procedures.
