Reading Blueprints: Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of duct systems and other components.
Cutting & Shaping: Measure, cut, and shape metal sheets and other materials to fit duct systems as per design requirements.
Sealing & Insulating: Properly seal duct joints and connections to prevent air leakage and insulate ducts to maintain energy efficiency.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety standards and protocols while working on-site, including the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Quality Control: Perform quality checks to ensure that all installed ducts meet the required standards and specifications.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other HVAC professionals, contractors, and site managers to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.
