Drilling Operations Assessor/Coach for its onshore operations in the State of KuwaitThis role is pivotal for the roll-out of the revised Competence Management Program, and as such it will involve assessing Senior and Junior crews, providing guidance for safe operations, with the aim of ensuring compliance with regulations, and the optimization of drilling processes for efficiency and productivity.Requirements :•Min. Experience 15 years in land drilling operations, and workover services.•Prior experience and/or exposure to Competence Management and Assurance Programs.•A natural inclination towards coaching and teaching.•Excellent communication and people skills.•Report preparation and microsoft programs skills.Location: Kuwait
