Job Description

The Division Manager for Low Voltage in Kuwait is a pivotal role within low voltage ( PRO AV, Smart Home Automation, etc. ), focusing on overseeing the operations and strategic direction of low voltage systems systems and solutions. This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing teams, driving sales, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of low voltage technologies and the ability to lead a diverse team towards achieving business objectives.Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the daily operations of the low voltage division, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the divisions market presence and profitability.
  3. Manage and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  5. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  6. Prepare and manage the divisions budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
