The dispatcher will be the main responsible for dealing with emergency alerts/calls received from customers, and working to provide emergency services through the company?s work protocols. He is also responsible for authenticating the case ?confirming? it and referring it with all the customer?s data to the competent authorities in State 112, and he is responsible for following up on the communication emergency and confirm that it is met.He must also deal with various cases of nervous tension, which amount to hysteria, and show the full ability to control the reports by following the appropriate procedures through the approved protocol in the company.This job is subject to the shift system and is determined according to the work needJob Responsibilities:
