Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Supports and interprets Tabitha Hospice and departmental philosophy and objectives.
  • Monitors, coordinates, and evaluates Senior/client care given by assigned clinicians
  • Provides administrative on call on a rotating basis.
  • Performs social work and bereavement duties as assigned.
  • Adheres to the clients Hospice Bill of Rights.
  • Assists with new team members orientation and with coordination of students as assigned.
