Accountabilities:-

Implement social media/content strategies for all social media channels (SMCs).
Work closely with Marketing, Creative, PR, CRM, HR and Sales on calendar, content and campaign coordination.
Manage content on all SMCs (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, , YouTube, etc.) for the group and brands.
Ensure the content created or required is original & appropriate to respective SMCs.
Maintain consistent voice on all posts and engagements aligned with brand and target audience.
Identifies opportunities to enhance social media interaction with customers, clients and/or the general public.
Monitor CRM agent responses & check responses are according to set guidelines.
Help generate social media reports and aggregate data into relevant insights for each department and brand.
Stay up-to-date with current and developing digital marketing trends, monitor, and research and analyze competitive landscape.
Translate social media insights to ease understanding by internal stakeholders.
