Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable Developer /˙Application Support to monitor and maintain the efficiency of our software applications. In this role, your duties will include reporting to our information technology department, collaborating with colleagues, and performing successful code migration.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for ERP, Point of Sale, and other applications, ensuring smooth functionality and addressing user inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, collaborating with development teams when necessary.
  • Proficiency in NodeJS and MS SQL Server, with a strong ability to write and optimize stored procedures to develop and maintain custom solutions and enhancement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support integrated solutions.
  • Conduct user training sessions to enhance understanding and effective usage of application systems.
  • Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve application development & support processes.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality support services.
