Job Description

Delivery Experience Supervisorresponsible for all aspects of˙order processing. This includes everything from entering new orders to inspecting shipments to managing customer satisfaction and more. They must also work with other departments as needed and direct warehouse personnel to get shipments out.Responsibilities

  • Reviewing order details such as shipping information or payment details to ensure accuracy. And ensuring day to day accurate processing of orders, returns, refunds, according to a set KPIs.
  • Developing and tracking early warning singles for order defects, and liaising with required stakeholders for preventive and corrective action.
  • Reporting, Monitoring, and controlling of the order in forward and reverse cycles.
  • Designing and maintaining a daily management board of relevant KPIs and activities.
  • Contact customers directly to resolve any issues related to their orders. And providing excellent customer service for our customers.
  • Processing order activities and order changes upon to WHs requests.
  • Monitoring order status to ensure that it is progressing as expected.
  • Updating customer records with order details such as shipping details and tracking numbers
  • Addressing customer concerns regarding shipping delays or damaged goods
  • Processing returns or exchanges based on customer requests and company policies.
  • Communicating with customers regarding order status updates using email, phone, or text message.
  • Communicating with stakeholders for technical implementation related to delivery experience.
  • Responsible for the analysis of actual delivery results to plan, identifying trends and opportunities for increased revenue by reducing defects impacting the customer experience.
  • Direct relations with 3rd parties and full visibility on tracking the delivery and returns.˙˙˙˙˙
