Job Description

The Data Entry Operator plays a crucial role in managing and processing data efficiently within an organization. This position requires attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work independently while adhering to deadlines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data in various systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. A successful Data Entry Operator will have strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, contributing to the overall productivity of the team.Responsibilities:

  1. Input and update data into databases and systems accurately and efficiently.
  2. Verify and correct data discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
  3. Generate reports and summaries based on data input for management review.
  4. Assist in the development and implementation of data entry procedures.
  5. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection regulations.
  6. Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes.
  7. Perform regular backups and data recovery tasks as needed.
  8. Respond to data inquiries and provide support to other departments.
  9. Train new staff on data entry protocols and software usage.
  10. Monitor and report on data entry performance metrics.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
  2. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  3. Proficient in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  5. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  6. Experience with database management systems is a plus.
  7. Adaptable and willing to learn new technologies.
  8. Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  9. Team player with a positive attitude.
  10. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Basic Salary 200 KD accommodation and transporting given by us .
  • Working Hours 6 am - 5 pm ( 1 hour Break ) + 1 day off , With overtime you will receive 240 KD .
