Customer Service Engineer-Surface pressure controlDo you enjoy being part of a successful team?Do you like working in collaborative teams and solving critical issues?Join our Surface Pressure Control Project Team in kuwait!As a global team, we design and deliver surface pressure control equipment, as well as support field maintenance, commissioning, and de-commissioning. Innovating in the energy industry, surface pressure control capabilities are industry-leading.Partner with the bestAs Customer support engineer,you will be responsible for all resources, logistics required to perform services,maintenance activities on customers site/property & Developing a year plan for its own department.As a Services Customer engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Acting as the single point of contact to the customer for timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns
  • Establishing and maintaining contact to provide on-going technical and business support to assigned customers in designated geographic region or coverage area
  • Presenting to senior leaders in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy.
  • Handling latitude in project techniques. Project process requires choosing right approaches. Employees should have technical know-how.

  • Have Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Able to influence others and lead small teams
  • Have Experience in Customer services role
  • Have 8-10 years of experience in Surface pressure control operations
  • Have 5 years of experience in our operations
